WE TOUR

WE TOUR project’s overall objective is thecreation of a Cross-Border Business Network inthe Black Sea Basin Area for the Promotion ofWomen’s Entrepreneurship, life-longcooperation, training and networking. Also, theproject aims at strengthening, supporting anddeveloping female entrepreneurship throughtourism, providing new economic and socialopportunities to women.

DIGI-WOMEN

DIGI-WOMEN project’s goal is to help womenentrepreneurs digitalize their businesses.
Therefore, we wish to engage in a large scaleunderstanding of female user needs andinfluence or adapt training in current and newdigital tools. The overall objective is to developa training program for experts by taking theabove-mentioned requirements into account inorder to offer trainings and mentorship sessionsthat are tailored to the needs of the femaleentrepreneurs digitalizing their business andhelp them overcome the obstacles they face inthe digitalization.

NEXTFOOD

NEXTFOOD drives the crucial transition to moresustainable and competitive agrifood andforestry systems development by designing andimplementing education and training systems toprepare budding or already practisingprofessionals with competencies to push thegreen shift in our rapidly changing society.NEXTFOOD challenges the linear view ofknowledge transfer as a top-down process fromresearch to advice and practice, and support thetransition to more learner-centric, participatory,action-based and action-oriented education andlearning in agrifood and forestry systems.

ERIAS

ERIAS is the European Chambers response tothe labour market integration question of ThirdCountry Nationals (TCN), including migrants andrefugees. ERIAS proposes a methodology for theintegration of TCN in the labour market based onthe principles of comprehensiveness (from skillsassessment to employment) and multi-stakeholder approach, while considering theemployment needs of enterprises

GoB

GoB project will improve the entrepreneurialskills of women by supporting them and byeliminating the barriers they face whenestablishing a business. While entrepreneurship has become a priority to fight labour marketexclusion, a consistent approach tosystematically integrate women is missing. Tomake a real difference, a transfer of knowledgebetween the partners will generate a new,transnational model. The co-designed approachcombines entrepreneurial education withpersonal coaching and a digital platform to helpwomen successfully access entrepreneurship.

B-WCo

The Balkan Women Colaition II (B-WCo) projectaims to close the continuous entrepreneurialskills gap and lack of knowledge about socialentrepreneurship among women, through aninnovative approach that brings togetherwomen, social entrepreneurship and angelinvestment in a unique programme that willincrease the number of successful socialenterprises across Europe, improve genderequality and raise awareness of the importanceof self-employment initiatives that focus on thesupport of social, cultural, or environmentalissues.
